Please note we will be closed from the 26th September to the 3rd October, sorry for any inconvenience
After the new information the PM has given over the last two days. From Thursday 24th we now have to close the doors at 10pm last orders will now be 9.30 with half an hour drinking up time! Last Food orders will now be 8.30.
From Saturday 3rd November when we reopen all customers will need to wear masks when they come in and if they need to use the toilets, when you are seated you can remove your mask. Please make sure you stay seated unless you are using the toilets. Thank you all for your cooperation in these very strange times we really appreciate all your support. Ed & Debbie xx The following Government guidelines will be in place to keep all of our customers safe:
BOOKINGS ONLY - even if you are just coming in for a drink, we can only accommodate a limited number of people and this will ensure we know how many people to expect.
When booking, the new guidelines stipulate that we must store your details for 21 days as part of the Covid-19 Track & Trace system.
The Government require us to temperature-check all customers as you come into the pub. If you have a temperature, we will have to ask you to leave and visit us again when your temperature has returned to normal in order to keep our staff and customers safe.
Please stick to keeping 2 meters apart where possible. If you are wearing a mask you may be 1 metre plus apart.
Drinks and food will be table service only, with no standing or sitting at the bar.
Access to the toilets will be very restricted so please be aware of social distancing when queuing
Current guidelines advise that groups of up to six people from different households can meet outside following social distancing guidelines, no larger groups will be admitted inside the pub or our garden.
Children must stay with you at all times and remain sitting at your table.
Please remember that the pub is also our home and the Government Guidelines are in place to keep everyone safe and healthy - including our family. If we feel that customers are not adhering to the Government guidelines, we reserve the right to request that you either abide by the rules or leave the premises. We have spent a lot of time and effort during lockdown working on our garden, we hope you enjoy spending time in it and please respect your surroundings. See you soon! Ed & Debbie
